This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Qorva AI platform. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Qorva AI to: analyze call transcripts and audio recordings for quality assurance purposes; generate AI-powered QA scores and coaching reports; manage scoring rubrics, team performance data, and analytics; and administer user accounts and credits within your organization.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Process transcripts or recordings without the consent of all parties where required by applicable law.
- Submit content that contains illegal material, hate speech, or content that violates any third party's rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
- Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory content about individuals or organizations.
- Circumvent credit limits, access controls, or subscription restrictions.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service in an unauthorized manner.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service without our written consent.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
4. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you submit to the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to submit such content and that doing so does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
